Affiliate Agreement

The rules for earning commissions, promoting Belief Shift, and building a fair affiliate partnership.

Last updated: September 2026
Belief Shift Affiliate Program

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Belief Shift Affiliate Program operated by Tjibby Marketing, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 81824769. By applying to, joining, or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

01

The Affiliate Program

Approved Affiliates may promote eligible Tjibby Marketing products using a unique affiliate link or other approved tracking method. When a customer makes a qualifying purchase attributed to you, you earn commission according to your current Affiliate tier.

Participation is subject to approval. We may accept or reject applications at our discretion. You do not need to purchase a Tjibby product to participate.

02

Commission Tiers

Partner — 30%

All approved Affiliates begin at a 30% commission rate.

Builder — 40%

After 20 lifetime qualifying sales, your rate increases to 40%.

Leader — 50%

After 40 lifetime qualifying sales, your rate increases to 50%.

Tier upgrades are based on lifetime qualifying sales, not monthly sales. Once unlocked, you keep the higher tier while your account remains active and in good standing. Higher rates apply only to future qualifying sales.

Refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, charged-back, self-referred, or otherwise invalid transactions do not count toward milestones. We may adjust lifetime qualifying-sale counts if a contributing sale is later invalidated.

We may offer special commission arrangements, bonuses, promotions, or individually negotiated rates to selected Affiliates.

03

Qualifying Sales

A “Qualifying Sale” is a genuine customer purchase that:

  • is made through your valid Affiliate tracking link or approved referral method;
  • is successfully processed and paid;
  • is not subsequently refunded, cancelled, charged back, or reversed;
  • is not fraudulent or artificially generated; and
  • complies with these Terms.

A transaction will not qualify if we reasonably determine that it resulted from fraud, manipulation, prohibited promotional activity, or abuse of the Program.

04

Self-Referrals

The Program rewards Affiliates for referring genuine customers. You may not use your own Affiliate link primarily to receive a discount or commission on your own purchases.

Purchases using your own payment information, or transactions otherwise reasonably determined to be self-referrals, may be excluded from commissions and tier calculations.

05

Tracking and Attribution

Affiliate referrals are tracked through our Affiliate tracking system. We make reasonable efforts to track referrals accurately, but tracking technology is not perfect.

Attribution may be affected by blocked or deleted cookies, browser privacy settings, ad blockers, tracking-prevention technology, customers switching browsers or devices, customers using another Affiliate’s link, technical failures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our tracking records normally determine attribution

We may establish or change attribution windows and tracking rules as the Program develops. Material changes will apply prospectively.

06

Commission Payments

Affiliate commissions follow a simple validation and payout cycle. A commission is not payable immediately when a customer places an order.

01SaleA customer makes a tracked purchase.
0230-day validationThe commission remains pending while the sale is validated.
03ApprovedValid commission is added to your approved balance.
04$100 thresholdYour approved balance must reach at least $100.
05First MondayEligible approved commissions are paid in the next monthly payout cycle.

30-day validation period

Each commission ordinarily remains pending for 30 days after the qualifying purchase. This validation period allows time for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud reviews, payment reversals, and other adjustments to be identified before the commission becomes payable.

A commission that successfully completes the validation period is added to your approved commission balance, subject to these Terms.

$100 minimum payout

Commissions are paid monthly, ordinarily on the first Monday of each month, once your approved commission balance reaches at least $100.

If your approved balance is below $100 on a payout date, it remains credited to your Affiliate account and rolls forward until the minimum payout threshold is reached.

Only approved commissions that have completed the applicable validation period are included in a payout. Pending commissions roll forward to a later payout cycle.

Payment processor holds and reserves

Affiliate commissions may remain pending where funds relating to the underlying customer transactions are temporarily withheld, reserved, delayed, restricted, or otherwise unavailable to Tjibby Marketing due to actions taken by a payment processor, financial institution, platform, or other payment service provider.

In these circumstances, payment of affected commissions may be delayed, to the extent reasonably necessary, until the relevant funds have been released and become available to Tjibby Marketing. We will process affected commissions within a reasonable period after the relevant funds become available.

A temporary processor hold or reserve does not, by itself, cancel an otherwise valid Affiliate commission.

You are responsible for keeping your payment, business, contact, and tax information accurate and current. We are not responsible for failed or delayed payments caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Affiliate.

07

Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

If a customer receives a refund, cancels a qualifying transaction, successfully disputes a payment, or a payment is otherwise reversed, the corresponding Affiliate commission is no longer considered earned.

Unpaid commission may be removed. If already paid, we may deduct the amount from future commissions or recover it where reasonably necessary and legally permitted. The transaction may also be removed from your lifetime qualifying-sale count.

08

Taxes, VAT and Invoicing

Affiliates are responsible for determining and complying with their own tax obligations arising from participation in the Program. This may include income or corporate tax, VAT or other consumption taxes, business registration, invoicing, reporting, and other applicable obligations.

Tjibby Marketing does not provide tax advice to Affiliates.

You are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably required to process and account for Affiliate payments, including legal/business name, address, country, VAT or tax identification information, invoices, payment information, and other legally required documentation.

Where applicable, valid invoices or other required documentation must be provided. For cross-border transactions, VAT or similar taxes may be subject to reverse-charge or other applicable rules. Where legally required, we may report, withhold, deduct, or remit taxes relating to Affiliate payments.

09

Affiliate Marketing Materials

We may provide promotional resources including email campaigns, lead magnets, social content, scripts, hooks, images, creative assets, product explanations, campaign ideas, landing-page materials, and other resources.

You may use these to promote eligible Tjibby products while participating in the Program and may adapt them to your voice and audience, provided your changes remain truthful, do not misrepresent the product, and comply with these Terms.

We may update, replace, or withdraw promotional materials at any time.

10

How You May Promote

Subject to these Terms, you may promote eligible products through email, websites and blogs, social media, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, communities that permit promotional content, and other legitimate marketing channels.

You are responsible for ensuring your promotions comply with applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, and platform policies.

11

Affiliate Disclosure

Your Affiliate relationship must be clearly disclosed wherever required by applicable law, advertising standards, or platform rules. People viewing your promotion should be able to understand that you may receive compensation if they purchase through your Affiliate link.

Disclosures must be sufficiently clear and prominent for the channel being used. You may not falsely present yourself as an independent reviewer, ordinary customer, employee of Tjibby Marketing, or another party in a way that conceals your commercial relationship with us.

12

Honest Marketing

You may explain, recommend, review, demonstrate, or teach the Belief Shift methodology and products, but you must not make false, deceptive, misleading, or unsupported claims.

In particular, you may not guarantee revenue, profits, sales, audience growth, customer acquisition, advertising performance, business success, or any other specific result.

You may share genuine personal experiences and results if they are represented accurately and do not imply that the same result is guaranteed or typical for everyone.

13

Prohibited Promotional Practices

Affiliates may not:

  • send unlawful spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
  • use fake testimonials, fabricated results, false income claims, or fake scarcity;
  • impersonate Tjibby Marketing or falsely imply an official employment, agency, or partnership relationship;
  • use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, fraudulent clicks or transactions, or manipulate Affiliate tracking;
  • intentionally mislead customers about pricing or product functionality;
  • register domains or social accounts designed to impersonate Tjibby Marketing;
  • use our trademarks in a misleading manner; or
  • engage in unlawful activity or activity reasonably likely to materially harm Tjibby Marketing or its customers.
14

Paid Advertising

Affiliates may use paid advertising only in accordance with any advertising rules we provide.

Unless we give prior written permission, you may not bid on branded keywords or variations of Tjibby Marketing, Belief Shift, or other trademarks or branded product names owned by us.

You may not create advertisements that falsely appear to be official Tjibby Marketing advertisements. You remain responsible for complying with the policies of any advertising platform you use.

We may introduce additional paid-advertising rules where necessary to prevent harmful competition with our campaigns or among Affiliates.

15

Intellectual Property and Brand Assets

Tjibby Marketing grants approved Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use approved brand assets solely to promote eligible products through the Program.

Approved assets may include logos, product names, screenshots, graphics, promotional copy, videos, and other Affiliate materials. All ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Tjibby Marketing or their respective owners.

You may not claim ownership of our intellectual property, register our trademarks or confusingly similar names, impersonate Tjibby Marketing, sell or redistribute Affiliate materials as your own product, or continue using Affiliate-only materials after leaving the Program where we request that use to stop.

16

Customer Relationship and Customer Data

Customers purchasing Belief Shift products remain customers of Tjibby Marketing. Participation does not give Affiliates ownership of customer accounts, payment information, records, customer lists, or personal data collected by Tjibby Marketing.

Nothing in this Agreement gives you permission to access, collect, sell, share, or use Tjibby Marketing customer data unless separately and expressly authorized.

You remain responsible for personal data you independently collect through your own website, newsletter, lead magnet, or marketing activities.

17

Privacy and Data Protection

Each party is independently responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements relating to its own activities, including where applicable consent, transparency, direct marketing, cookies, tracking technologies, data security, and individuals’ privacy rights.

Affiliates must not provide personal information to Tjibby Marketing unless they have a lawful basis and authority to do so.

18

Independent Relationship

Affiliates participate in the Program as independent parties. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, agency, franchise, joint venture, or legal partnership between you and Tjibby Marketing.

You have no authority to enter into contracts, make commitments, incur obligations, or make representations on behalf of Tjibby Marketing unless expressly authorized in writing.

19

Suspension and Termination

You may stop participating at any time. Tjibby Marketing may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account where we reasonably believe the Affiliate has violated these Terms, committed fraud, manipulated tracking, engaged in deceptive marketing, generated invalid transactions, violated applicable laws or platform rules, materially misrepresented our products, or materially harmed or is reasonably likely to materially harm Tjibby Marketing, its customers, or the Program.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to correct a violation before termination. Serious fraud, deliberate deception, or other significant abuse may result in immediate termination.

20

Commissions After Termination

Valid commissions earned from qualifying sales before termination remain payable, subject to these Terms.

Commissions associated with fraud, refunds, chargebacks, invalid transactions, tracking manipulation, or prohibited activity may be cancelled or withheld.

If your Affiliate relationship ends while you have a valid approved commission balance below the normal $100 minimum payout threshold, that remaining balance may be included in your final applicable payout cycle once any pending validation periods and legitimate adjustments have been completed.

Termination does not create a right to commissions from purchases made after the Affiliate relationship ends, except where our tracking rules expressly provide otherwise. Earned tier status ends when the Affiliate account is permanently terminated.

21

Changes to Rates and the Program

As the Program develops, we may change commission rates, tier thresholds, eligible products, attribution rules, payment schedules, Program benefits, and these Terms.

We will not retroactively reduce commissions that have already been validly earned. Where a change materially affects existing Affiliates, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect where appropriate or required by law.

Continued participation after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

22

No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the Belief Shift Affiliate Program does not guarantee earnings.

Affiliate results depend on many factors, including audience size, audience fit, promotional activity, marketing ability, traffic, market conditions, and customer behavior.

Examples, case studies, commission illustrations, or results from other Affiliates do not guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.

23

Confidential Information

From time to time, Affiliates may receive non-public information relating to Tjibby Marketing, including upcoming products, campaigns, strategy, pricing, internal materials, or other information identified or reasonably understood as confidential.

Affiliates may not disclose or misuse confidential information without permission. This obligation continues after participation in the Program ends.

24

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tjibby Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from participation in the Program.

Mandatory rights remain intact

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted by applicable law.

25

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes relating to the Program will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

26

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any additional Affiliate rules or policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing participation in the Belief Shift Affiliate Program.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

27

Acceptance

By applying to or participating in the Belief Shift Affiliate Program, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood these Terms;
  • the information you provide is accurate;
  • you agree to comply with applicable laws and advertising requirements;
  • you will disclose your Affiliate relationship where required;
  • you understand that only qualifying sales earn commissions; and
  • you accept the commission and tier rules described above.
